President Donald Trump and the FCC on Friday announced several initiatives to spur 5G network growth in the U.S.

“The race to 5G is on and America must win,” Trump said, noting that 92 5G markets will be ready by the end of the year, outpacing South Korea, which is on pace to have 48 markets live by the end of 2019.

“It’s a race our great companies are now involved in,” Trump said. “According to some estimates, the wireless industry plans to invest $275 billion in 5G networks, creating 3 million American jobs quickly, and adding $500 billion to our economy.”

5G is the next generation of wireless network that will enable faster data speeds. Unlike 4G LTE, which mainly targeted mobile phones, tablets and computers, 5G is also expected to enable more reliable connections on self-driving vehicles that will need a constant data connection, and smart cities that use “internet of things” devices, such as connected street lamps, traffic lights and more.

AT&T and Verizon already have fledgling 5G networks in the United States, and T-Mobile and Sprint plan to activate their networks later in 2019. Only one phone from Motorola, offered on Verizon, supports 5G in the U.S. right now.

“To accelerate and incentivize these investments, my administration is freeing up as much wireless spectrum as needed,” Trump said. ”[We’re] removing regularity barriers to the buildout of networks. The FCC is taking very bold action, bolder than they’ve ever taken before, to make wireless spectrum available.

Spectrum is the airwaves networks use to provide internet to devices. Spectrum space is regulated by the FCC.

Trump’s comments come in tandem with announcements the FCC made Friday. The FCC said that starting on Dec. 10, it will offer “the largest spectrum auction in our nation’s history,” allow carriers bid on 3,400 MHz of new spectrum in the Upper 37 GHz, 39 GHz and 47 GHz spectrum bands. The additional spectrum would “promote the development of 5G, the Internet of Things and other advanced spectrum-based services,” the FCC said.

Additionally, the FCC proposed new new rules that allow “Fixed Satellite Service operators to provide faster, more advanced services to their customers” using 50 GHz spectrum. It also said that current rules “impair the ability of users to deploy small, next-generation networking devices on their own property,” particularly in rural areas, and proposed changes that would allow people to install “hub and relay antennas” on their property to help spur 5G networks.

“The FCC aims to create a $20.4 billion Rural Digital Opportunity fund,” to “extend high-speed broadband to up to 4 million homes and high-speed businesses in rural America,” FCC Chairman Ajit Pai said.

Pai also addressed the crackdown on Huawei’s equipment for use in 5G networks across the U.S. and Europe.

“We believe that the security and reliability of 5G is absolutely important, not just as a matter of national competitiveness, but also as a matter of national security,” Pai told CNBC’s Eamon Javers. “I have been very encouraged by my conversations with our European allies all across the Continent about the importance of security and 5G networks. The need to have a framework to understand the risk profile of certain equipment and services is something most allies recognize and it’s just a collaborative process of making sure that we have a framework that works for everybody.”

5G WIRELESS: A RIDICULOUS FRONT FOR GLOBAL CONTROL

One wireless control grid to rule them all

Jon Rappoport | Infowars.com – APRIL 4, 2018

First, two quotes to give a bit of background.

5G speed, for people who must download a whole season of their favorite show in two seconds:

“It’s the next (fifth) generation of cellular technology which promises to greatly enhance the speed, coverage and responsiveness of wireless networks. How fast are we talking about? Think 10 to 100 times speedier than your typical cellular connection, and even faster than anything you can get with a physical fiber-optic cable going into your house. (You’ll be able to download a season’s worth of ‘Stranger Things’ in seconds.)” [CNET.com]

Lunatic 5G installation of small transmitters packed close together every few hundred feet:

“The next big thing in cellular technology, 5G, will bring lightning-fast wireless Internet — and thousands of antenna-topped poles to many neighborhoods where cell towers have long been banned.”

“Wireless companies are asking Congress and state lawmakers to make it easier to install the poles by preempting local zoning laws that often restrict them, particularly near homes. The lobbying efforts have alarmed local officials across the country. They say they need to ensure that their communities do not end up with unsightly poles cluttering sidewalks, roadsides and the edges of front yards.”

“They also are hearing from residents worried about possible long-term health risks. Until now, much of the cell equipment that emits radio-frequency energy has been housed on large towers typically kept hundreds of feet from homes [also harmful to health]. The new ‘small cell’ technology uses far more antennas and transmitters that are smaller and lower-powered, but clustered closer together and lower to the ground.” [The Washington Post]

I keep hammering on this 5G issue, because it contains the blueprint of a future only elite madmen want.

For the rest of us, it’s a catastrophe in the making.

I’ve covered the extreme health dangers of 5G in another article. Here, I want to flesh out the hidden agenda.

A few decades ago, a movement was started to create an interconnected power grid for the whole planet. We were told this would be the only way to avoid wasting huge amounts of electricity and, voila, bring all nations and all people into a modern 21st century.

But now, it’s a different story, a classic bait and switch. The bait was the promise of One Grid for all. The switch is what 5G will bring us:

100 billion or more NEW devices online, all connected to the Internet and the Cloud. What could be more wasteful? What could be more ridiculous? This is the opposite of sane energy use.

Who really cares whether his 5G-connected refrigerator keeps track of the food items inside it and orders new items when the supply dwindles? Who has to have a 5G driverless car that takes him to work? Who must have a 5G stove that senses what is being cooked and sets the temperature for four minutes? Who lives and who dies if a washing machine doesn’t measure how much soap is stored inside and doesn’t order new soap? Who is demanding a hundred devices in his home that spy on him and record his actions?

With 5G, the ultimate goal is: every device in every home that uses energy will be “its own computer,” and the planetary grid will connect ALL these devices to a monitoring and regulating Energy Authority.

As Patrick Wood details in his classic, Technocracy Rising, that worldwide Energy Authority was the dream of the men who launched the Technocracy movement, in America, in the 1930s.

They set out the key requirements—which weren’t technically possible then, but are quite doable now: continuous real-time measuring of both energy production and energy use from one end of the planet to the other…

So that both energy production and energy consumption could be controlled. “For the good of all,” of course.

5G is the technology for making this happen.

“We’re promising a stunning long-range future of ‘automatic homes’, where everything is done for you. But really, that’s the cover story. Ultimately, we want to be able to measure every unit of energy used by every device in every home—and through AI, regulate how much energy we will let every individual consume, moment to moment. We control energy. We are the energy masters. If you want to run and operate and dominate the world, you control its energy.”

Terms and projects like smart grid, smart meters, sustainability, Agenda 21, smart cities, climate change—all this is Technocratic planning and justification for Rule through Energy.

The beginning of an actual rational plan for energy would start this way: DUMP 5G. Dump the whole plan of installing small transmitter-cells on buildings and homes and trees and lampposts and fences all over the planet. Forget it. Don’t bring 100 billion new devices online. Aside from the extreme health dangers, it’s ridiculously expensive. It’s on the order of saying we need thousand-foot robots standing on sidewalks washing the windows of office buildings.

If some movie star wants to install 30 generators on his property and have engineers build him an automatic home, where he can sit back, flip a switch, and have three androids carry him into his bathtub and wash him and dry him, fine. But planning a smart city? Who voted for that? Who gave informed consent? Nobody.

A global Energy Authority, of course, is going to decide that a small African country needs to be given much more energy, while Germany or France or the US will have to sacrifice energy for the cause of social justice. But this is yet another con, because you won’t see government cleaning up the contaminated water supplies of that small African country, or installing modern sanitation, or curtailing the forced movement of populations into poverty-stricken cities, or reclaiming vast farm land stolen by mega-corporations and giving that land back to local farmers.

The whole hidden purpose of an Energy Authority is control.

And because the Authority is Globalist and Technocratic, it aims to lower energy use in industrial nations and help wreck their economies, making it much easier to move in and take over those countries.

Having said all this, there are gaps in our knowledge about 5G. For example, who in his right mind would propose a wireless system that relies on many, many, many cells/transmitters placed closely to each other, all over the world?

This system would be far more vulnerable to physical disruption than the present 4G.

You can find many articles that claim the US military must have 5G for their most advanced planes—and for their developing AI-controlled weapons. How does that work? Where will all the transmitter/cells be placed on the ground and in the air?? Something is missing here. Is there another version of 5G we’re not being told about? Is geoengineering of the atmosphere the means for tuning up space so 5G signals can be passed along without cells/transmitters?

Part of the US obsession to bring 5G online quickly stems from competition with China, which at the moment is in the lead on developing and exporting the technology. “If China has it, we have to have it sooner and better.” This attitude sidesteps the issue of why we must have 5G in the first place.

And now there are reports that the US government is considering a plan to build the whole 5G network itself—rather than leaving the job to corporations. Of course, a few favored companies (like Google) would be chosen by the government in a non-bid situation to provide VERY significant help. If such a plan were to launch, we would have a very tight club at the top of the communications and energy pyramid. And that club would maximize 5G to expand already-saturated surveillance of populations.

Wouldn’t you—if you had nothing better to do than control the world?

Open Skies Treaty

Fact Sheet:

BUREAU OF VERIFICATION, COMPLIANCE, AND IMPLEMENTATION

May 18, 2009
2009-2017.state.gov
U.S. Department Of State

Origin and Purpose

The Treaty on Open Skies entered into force on January 1, 2002, and currently has 34 States Parties. The Treaty establishes a regime of unarmed aerial observation flights over the entire territory of its participants. The Treaty is designed to enhance mutual understanding and confidence by giving all participants, regardless of size, a direct role in gathering information about military forces and activities of concern to them. Open Skies is one of the most wide-ranging international efforts to date to promote openness and transparency of military forces and activities.

The original concept of mutual aerial observation was proposed by President Eisenhower in 1955; the Treaty itself was an initiative of then-President George H.W. Bush in 1989. The Treaty was negotiated by the then-members of NATO and the Warsaw Pact, and was signed in Helsinki, Finland, on March 24, 1992. Provisional application of portions of the Treaty took place from signature in 1992 until entry into force in 2002. During that period, participants conducted joint trial flights for the purpose of training mission crews and testing equipment and sensors. With entry into force of the Treaty, formal observation flights began in August 2002. States Parties have conducted over 530 observation flights over each other’s territory.

Since the signature of the Open Skies Treaty in 1992, the security environment in Europe has changed significantly. The Open Skies Treaty continues to contribute toward European security by enhancing openness and transparency among the Parties.

Membership

The 34 States Parties to the Open Skies Treaty are: Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ukraine, and United States. Kyrgyzstan has signed but not yet ratified. The Treaty depositaries are Canada and Hungary.

The Treaty is of unlimited duration and open to accession by other States. States of the former Soviet Union which have not already become States Parties to the Treaty may accede to it at any time. Applications from other interested States are subject to a consensus decision by the Open Skies Consultative Commission (OSCC), the Vienna-based organization charged with facilitating implementation of the Treaty, to which all States Parties belong. Eight states have acceded to the Treaty since entry into force: Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, and Lithuania. One application for accession is pending before the OSCC.

Basic Elements of the Treaty

Territory. The Open Skies regime covers the territory over which the State Party exercises sovereignty, including – land, islands, and internal and territorial waters. The Treaty specifies that the entire territory of a State Party is open to observation. Observation flights may only be restricted for reasons of flight safety; not for reasons of national security.

Aircraft. Observation aircraft may be provided by either the observing Party or by the observed Party (the “taxi option”), at the latter’s choice. All Open Skies aircraft and sensors must pass specific certification and pre-flight inspection procedures to ensure that they are compliant with Treaty standards. Certified Open Skies aircraft include:
Bulgaria An-30
Hungary An-26
POD Group C-130H & J (Benelux, Canada, France, Greece, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain)
Romania An-30
Russian Federation An-30 and TU-154
Sweden Saab-340B
Turkey Casa CN-235
Ukraine An-30B
United States OC-135B

Sensors. Open Skies aircraft may have video, optical panoramic and framing cameras for daylight photography, infra-red line scanners for a day/night capability, and synthetic aperture radar for a day/night all weather capability. Photographic image quality will permit recognition of major military equipment (e.g., permit a State Party to distinguish between a tank and a truck), thus allowing significant transparency of military forces and activities. Sensor categories may be added and capabilities improved by agreement among States Parties. All equipment used in Open Skies must be commercially available to all participants in the regime.

Quotas. Each State Party is obligated to receive observation flights per its passive quota allocation. Each State Party may conduct as many observation flights – its active quota – as its passive quota. The Russian Federation and the United States each have an annual passive quota of 42, and other States Parties have a quota of 12 or fewer. The Parties negotiate the annual distribution of the active quotas each October for the following calendar year. Over 100 observation flights are conducted each year.

Data Sharing/Availability. Imagery collected from Open Skies missions is available to any State Party upon request for the cost of reproduction. As a result, the data available to each State Party is much greater than that which it can collect itself under the Treaty quota system.

Implementation of the Treaty

In July 2008, under U.S. OSCC Chairmanship, States Parties commemorated the conduct of 500 observation flights since the Treaty entered into force.

The OSCC continues to address modalities for conducting observation missions and other implementation issues. The OSCC meets in three sessions per year, with monthly plenary meetings. The OSCC has several informal working groups that take up technical issues related to sensors, notification formats, aircraft certification and rules and procedures. The OSCC main functions are to:
consider questions relating to compliance with the Treaty;
seek to resolve ambiguities and differences of interpretation emerging during Treaty implementation;
consider and decide on applications for accession to the Treaty; and
review the distribution of active quotas annually.

The OSCC was established by Article X and Annex L of the Treaty, and has been in session since Treaty signature in March 1992. The OSCC takes decisions by consensus, and has adopted over 90 Decisions since its inception. OSCC Decisions enter into force with the Treaty and have the same duration as the Treaty.

Why Russia Was Allowed to Fly a Surveillance Plane Over the Capitol and Pentagon.
Source: time.com

BY ARIC JENKINS
AUGUST 11, 2017

With heightening concerns over conflict with North Korea and lingering allegations of Russian influence in the U.S. presidential election, you might think that the last thing Russia would do right now is fly a surveillance plane over Washington, D.C. But that’s exactly what it did Wednesday — and with clearance from the U.S. government.

The low-altitude aircraft flew over the Capitol building and the Pentagon with U.S. approval thanks to a long-standing global agreement called the Treaty on Open Skies, according to the Associated Press. The pact, which was signed and ratified by 34 nations including the U.S. and Russia in 1992, allows member countries to send unarmed observation flights over the territories of fellow members. It’s designed to promote transparency about military activity and hold participants accountable for diplomatic agreements.

But how did such a treaty come to exist in the first place?

Open Skies dates back to the beginnings of the Cold War, when President Dwight D. Eisenhower proposed the initiative between the U.S. and Soviet Union at the Geneva Conference in 1955.

The idea was similar: exchange maps revealing the location of every military installation in the respective countries, in turn allowing them to conduct aerial surveillance on each other in order to guarantee the fulfillment of established arms agreements. But while France and Britain (the other attendees of the summit as part of the “Big Four” nations) were open to the deal, Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev rejected the treaty, labeling it as an “espionage plot.” The proposal sat dormant for years. All the while, tension between the U.S. and Soviet Union further escalated.

It wasn’t until 1989 that the concept of Open Skies was reintroduced by President George H.W. Bush as a means to build trust between North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Warsaw Pact countries. The latter alliance — formed in 1955 between the Soviet Union and its eastern European satellites — ended up collapsing as the socialist state dissolved by 1991. Despite this period of geopolitical change, Bush was able to successfully negotiate the terms of the Open Skies treaty with the majority of the Warsaw Pact countries. On March 24, 1992, the treaty was signed in Helsinki, Finland.

Open Skies officially went into effect on Jan. 1, 2002. Since then, there have been more than 1,200 surveillance flights conducted by the member nations. But given recent foreign relations between the U.S. and Russia, among other countries, will the Open Skies treaty continue in this current political comment?

“The Obama administration carefully assessed the risks and benefits of remaining in the treaty and judged with our European allies that it was in our best interests to stay,” said Lynn Rusten, a senior consultant at the Nuclear Threat Initiative.

She added that the primary concern of Open Skies was the advancement of surveillance technology from film to digital cameras that are able to produce clearer images. But she said the U.S. permitted the upgrades because it felt it was worth the risk.

“It’s critical to maintain any mechanism to retain that confidence,” Rusten said. “It would do more harm than good to walk away from this treaty.”

But Stephen Sestanovich, a professor of international diplomacy at Columbia University and fellow on the Council on Foreign Relations, cast doubt over the treaty’s future.

“The Russians have been so ready to roll back or disregard norms and treaties that they’ve got people in Congress, in the military, in the intelligence world asking, ‘Why pretend to trust each other?’” he said. “In that atmosphere, virtually any agreement can be challenged.

Russian FURY After Donald Trump Ends US Surveillance Treaty Sparking ‘ARMS RACE’ Fears.

PRESIDENT Trump has blocked funding for an international surveillance treaty designed to allow countries to monitor each other’s military strength, infuriating Russia and raising fears of a new arms race.

The measure was included in a $717 billion defence policy bill which Trump signed on Monday.

It ended US funding for the Treaty of Open Skies, an agreement between 34 states which will allow them to fly unarmed observation aircraft over each others territories.

The intention of the programme, which the UK has signed up to, is to allow countries to monitor each others militaries to deter secret buildups.

Senior Russian figures responded furiously to Trump’s decision.

Vladimir Dzhabarov, deputy chairman of the Russian Federation Council’s Foreign Affairs Committee, told the Moscow Times: “This is an attempt to hide everything the Americans will be preparing in the course of a new arms race.”

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Rybakov told a state news agency his government regrets the US decision.

The US had already accused Russia of violating the treaty by limiting surveillance flights over Kaliningrad, a Russian enclave situated between Poland and Lithuania.

There have been numerous reports of a Russian military buildup in Kaliningrad, with some satellite images suggesting the development of nuclear facilities.

Surveillance fights by unarmed aircraft are currently routine between the US, Russia and other signatories of the treaty.

The Pentagon estimates the Russians have carried out over 165 missions over the US since the agreement came into effect.

A Pentagon source told Politico: “We put together the flight plan and with a few exceptions…they are allowed to fly over pretty much the entire territory.”

In August 2017 there was controversy over a Russian reconnaissance flight which travelled over Washington D.C. and a US airforce base in Ohio.

The US State Department had previously described Open Skies as: “designed to enhance mutual understanding and confidence by giving all participants, regardless of size, a direct role in gathering information through aerial imaging on military forces.”

Tensions between Russia and the US increased last week after the Americans put new tariffs on Russia over its alleged involvement in poisoning Sergei Skripal, a former Russian spy, and his daughter in the UK earlier this year.

The new US sanctions restrain the export of so-called dual use technologies, which could have a military or civilian application.

Unless Russia takes certain actions, a second round of sanctions, tougher than the first, is expected to follow.

President Trump Delivers Best Speech Of His Political Career And Rejects Socialism As Expressionless Dems Sit Unmoved.

Trump Rejects Socialism At SOTU As Expressionless Dems Sit Unmoved.

President Trump drew a clear line Tuesday night between his party’s policies and the creeping socialism some see on the left, declaring at the State of the Union “America will never be a Socialist country” as many nonplussed Democrats appeared to shift uncomfortably in their seats.

The vow from Trump, whose speech was delayed a week amid a partial government shutdown, came as Democrats have proposed an evolving agenda of “Medicare-for-all,” free college tuition, minimum wage increases and even guaranteed basic income. Trump cited the ongoing disaster in Venezuela, where socialist policies have wrought “abject poverty and despair,” and pledged to maintain free-market economics in the U.S.

“America was founded on liberty and independence and not government coercion, domination and control,” he said to Republican applause. “We are born free and we will stay free.”

DAVID BOSSIE: TRUMP TOLD DEMS IN SOTU SPEECH HE WANTS TO WORK WITH THEM. I’M OPTIMISTIC

“Tonight, we renew our resolve that America will never be a Socialist country,” Trump added as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sat stone-faced behind him.

Viewers at home were treated to a tight shot of a frowning Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, an avowed Socialist and modern-day godfather of a movement that has produced a host of far-left young Democrats, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D- N.Y., who also was shown expressionless. Other Democrats, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, however, applauded the line.

Sanders would tweet following the speech: “Trump said tonight, ‘We are born free, and we will stay free.’ I say to Trump: People are not truly free when they can’t afford health care, prescription drugs, or a place to live. People are not free when they cannot retire with dignity or feed their families.”

“We are born free and we will stay free.”

— President Trump

The socialism storyline was just one of several dividing lines Trump highlighted in a speech that simultaneously called for bipartisanship and unity.

Trump pledged to pursue his signature project, the wall on the Mexican border, saying: “I will build it.”

“I am asking you to defend our very dangerous southern border out of love and devotion to our fellow citizens and to our country,” Trump said, in a speech that variously referred to both “walls” and “barriers” at the border.

bernie-sanders-SOTU-TV

Sanders scowled as President Trump vowed that ‘America will never be socialist.’

“Simply put, walls work and walls save lives,” Trump added. “So let’s work together, compromise and reach a deal that will truly make America safe. … This is a smart, strategic, see-through steel barrier — not just a simple concrete wall.”

Trump framed border security as a matter of preventing human trafficking, stopping the flow of illegal drugs from Mexico and maintaining federal resources for legal citizens. Democrats, including Ocasio-Cortez, sat on their hands as Trump praised an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent, Elvin Hernandez, for breaking up a notorious human trafficking ring.

WHAT WAS NANCY PELOSI READING BEHIND TRUMP?

But perhaps more than any other issue, the socialism schism brought into sharp relief the differences between the two parties as 2020 looms.

Trump began the portion of his 82-minute speech by citing the economic decline and civil disorder in Venezuela as a cautionary tale, after his administration last week imposed sweeping sanctions against the regime of Nicolas Maduro.

The country’s government in recent years limited citizens’ access to foreign currency, implemented substantial subsidies and price controls on food and other items, and fell victim to sweeping corruption — before effectively collapsing last month.

“Two weeks ago, the United States officially recognized the legitimate government of Venezuela, and its new interim president, Juan Guaido,” Trump said. “We stand with the Venezuelan people in their noble quest for freedom — and we condemn the brutality of the Maduro regime, whose Socialist policies have turned that nation from being the wealthiest in South America into a state of abject poverty and despair.

BERNIE SANDERS ACKNOWLEDGES ECONOMY IS A ‘DISASTER’ IN VENEZUELA

“Here, in the United States, we are alarmed by new calls to adopt socialism in our country,” Trump continued, prompting boos from Republicans in the chamber. “America was founded on liberty and independence — not government coercion, domination and control. We are born free, and we will stay free.”

Then, after a prolonged chant of “USA” broke out, Trump concluded, “Tonight, we renew our resolve that America will never be a Socialist country.”

Democrats largely remained seated as Republicans resumed the “USA” chant and applauded for several seconds.

Still, Democrats did find enough common ground to applaud many of Trump’s remarks.

“We stood up and cheered dozens of times. I stood up and cheered more often than last time I was at a Dodgers game,” Rep. Brad Sherman, D-Calif., told Fox News Channel’s Laura Ingraham Tuesday night. “We stood up and cheered dozens of times. Not as often as the Republicans did, we cheered more than when Obama was cheered for by Republicans, we cheered plenty, but you can’t stand up after every half a sentence and give a standing ovation.”

Supreme Court Lets Pentagon Limit Transgender Military Service While Lawsuits Proceed.

By Brooke SingmanBill Mears | Fox News

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed the Pentagon to restrict military service for transgender individuals while the Trump administration’s policy is litigated in the lower courts.

The ruling reversed the orders implemented by lower courts, which had prevented the Pentagon from proceeding with the plan. The issue brought a 5-4 conservative-liberal split, with Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan voting to keep the block on enforcement in place, while the five conservative justices, including Justice Brett Kavanaugh, voted to allow the policy to go into effect.

APPEALS COURT SIDES WITH TRUMP IN TRANSGENDER MILITARY CASE

The court’s decision, though, does not apply to the policy’s legality, or President Trump’s authority to issue the ban. The decision was simply related to the policy’s enforcement while the case continues to go through litigation at the lower courts.

The ruling came after the Justice Department requested that the Supreme Court bypass the lower courts and decide the issue—a request the high court rejected on Tuesday, instead directing the case to work its way through the appeals and lower courts.

Justice Department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec praised the Supreme Court’s ruling in a statement Tuesday.

“We are pleased the Supreme Court granted stays in these cases, clearing the way for the policy to go into effect while litigation continues. The Department of Defense as the authority to create and implement personnel policies it has determined are necessary to defend our nation,” Kupec said. “Due to lower courts issuing nationwide injunctions, our military had been forced to maintain a prior policy that poses a risk to military effectiveness and lethality for over a year.”

But Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez said the new policy goes “against our values as Americans” and “makes us less safe.”

The Department of Defense had barred military service by transgender people until former President Barack Obama’s administration began to allow transgender people already in the military to serve openly. Former Defense Secretary Ash Carter suggested the services develop policies to allow people already identifying as transgender to newly join the military, and if they meet physical, medical and other standards, and have been stable in their identified genders for 18 months.

DOJ ASKS SUPREME COURT TO TAKE UP CASE OF MILITARY TRANSGENDER BAN

But in July 2017, early in his presidency, President Trump sought to restrict service to those who do not seek to undergo gender transitions — after initially announcing a ban.

The announcement came in a series of tweets, citing advice from his “generals” and medical costs.

“Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail,” Trump tweeted on July 26, 2017.

Prior to Trump’s policy change, transgender troops had been able to receive medical care and start formally changing their gender identifications in the Pentagon’s personnel system. Key concerns surrounding the Obama-era policy included whether currently enlisted troops have had medical or other issues that cause delays or problems with their ability to deploy or meet physical or other standards for their jobs.

Earlier this month, a federal appeals court sided with the Trump administration, ruling that it was wrong to block the Pentagon from implementing plans to block the service of transgender individuals. The appeals court ruling said the military’s plan appears to rely on the “considered professional judgment” of “appropriate military officials.” It noted that the plan “appears to permit some transgender individuals to serve in the military.”

The Mysteries Of Time As Revealed By President Donald Trump And Nikola Tesla

In mid March 1955, Albert Einstein, one of the mankind’s most revered theoretical physicists, learned of the death of his lifelong friend and collaborator Michele Besso—and in writing to Besso’s family to express his condolences, wrote these now famous words: “Now he has departed from this strange world a little ahead of me. That means nothing. People like us, who believe in physics, know that the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”

In Einstein’s letter to the Besso family, his reference to “people like us” was a description of those believing in “block time” (or “block universe”) whose theory is due to its description of space-time as an unchanging four-dimensional “block”, as opposed to the view of the world as a three-dimensional space modulated by the passage of time—and is, also, a philosophy of time called “Eternalism” that takes the view that all points in time are equally real, as opposed to the idea that only the present is real.

Over a half century prior to Einstein’s writing these words about time, however, Nikola Tesla, one of mankind’s most revered inventors, began to have sense that his mother was dying—and with him being in America, and her in Serbia, in one of his last letters written to her in late 1892 said: “This morning I woke up early, just before the dawn, because I had heard something that I have been hearing through my dreams for quite some time now. I heard this voice that sang some beautiful chant, lament or even prayer in Moorish. When I came to my senses I realized that this voice came from everywhere and it was impossible to determine whether it was from within.”

Being fascinated with the concepts of life, death and time after the death of his beloved mother, Tesla poured himself into research that gave him his first indication that space and time might be influenced by using a highly magnetic field—and who almost died, in March 1895, when he was accidently struck by 3.5 million volts of electricity—but who afterwards told a reporter from the New York Herald that when he was in contact with the resonance from that powerful electromagnetic charge, he “went out of his space and time window” and said that he had been able to “see the past, the present and the future at the very same time”.

On 7 January 1943, at the age of 86, and in the midst of World War II, Nikola Tesla died alone in Room 3327 of the New Yorker Hotel—and with fears being rampant that he had been working on a “Death Ray” to help the Allies win their war against the Nazis, the FBI immediately sealed off his room and called one of America’s greatest scientific minds of that time to examine and catalog all of his work—whose name was John G. Trump, and who, also, was the paternal uncle of President Donald J. Trump.

President Trump’s uncle John was an American electrical engineer, inventor, and physicist and recipient of US President Ronald Reagan’s National Medal of Science, was a member of the National Academy of Engineering noted for his developing rotational radiation therapy, and who, together with Robert J. Van de Graaff, developed one of the first million-volt X-ray generators—but whose knowledge and possessions of Nikola Tesla’s research into “time” explains one of the greatest mysterious confronting our world today—can information about our present be transferred to the past.

Known as “informational time anomalies” in intelligence community speak, numerous examples exist of peoples in the past obtaining and recording facts relating to future events—a few of the most famous examples being:

The novella Futility, written in 1898 by US writer Morgan Robertson, that described the largest ship of its day, called the Titan, as being “unsinkable”—but on its maiden voyage hit an iceberg and sunk costing the lives of thousands—and nearly exactly matched the events occurring 14 year later, in 1912, when the Titanic sank.

The X-Files television spinoff series Lone Gunman airing its pilot episode, on 4 March 2001, and having a storyline about planes being hijacked in order to crash them into the World Trade Center buildings in New York City as part of a US government plot—and that nearly exactly matched the events which occurred on 11 September 2001 (9/11).

A said to be former CIA operative named David Booth who, in early May 1979, had his “prediction” fully documented by the US government about an American Airlines jet crashing—and that was followed, on 25 May 1979, when an American Airlines jet crashed in Chicago becoming what remains today as the United States worst air disaster in history—and has since that time led many others to speculate that Booth was, or maybe still is, a part of the CIA’s highly secretive “team of clairvoyants” known to exist.

Fortune tellers, soothsayers, seers, prophets, you name it, have been scattered throughout all of human history—but it is only in our modern technological times that many of the world’s greatest scientific minds are beginning to come to an eerie conclusion that, indeed, information about present events are able to be transmitted to the past—that in the past only “selected” people were able to decode and record due to their genetics, but in the future could be done by Artificial Intelligence super computers. These “selected” people able to decode future “messages”, also, operate in great secrecy never divulging their methods choosing, instead, to “sprinkle” what they’ve discovered into popular texts—that in the past were mostly religious works, but in today’s world is being done through various mass media means.

¨I have no proof beyond this article to prove Ingersoll Lockwood is related to Chris Carter or anyone else mentioned below.¨ ¨I have not found any evidence to say they are not related either however.¨ ¨If anyone has the proof Ingersoll is related to Chris Carter or anyone else mentioned below please message me.¨ Thanks Michael Difensore  CantonTruth.blogspot.com & FourHorsemen66.comAnd President Trump is no exception to this “time mystery” either, as in the late 19th Century, an American lawyer named Ingersoll Lockwood (the First Cousin of Morgan Robertson who wrote the novella Futility, the Great Uncle of Chris Carter who created the Lone Gunman television series, and the Third-Great Cousin of David Booth who predicted the American Airlines crash) suddenly began writing novels—the most important for this discussion being Baron Trump’s Marvelous Underground Journey and Travels And Adventures Of Little Baron Trump And His Wonderful Dog Bulger and 1900: Or; The Last President.

The essence of Lockwood’s character Barron Trump is in detailing his travels through Russia and the Arctic to find the opening to the “interior world” of our planet where he passes through the strange countries of the Transparent Folk and the Rattlebrains, among others—with his book 1900: Or; The Last President further describing the end of the United States due to the rise of socialism and populism that causes chaos when these two forces clash and wherein he describes “a terrible night for the great City of New York” when, on the night of Tuesday, 3 November 1896, the “city staggered under the blow like a huge ocean liner which plunges, full speed with terrific crash into a mighty iceberg, and recoils shattered and trembling like an aspen” (note the Titanic reference too) as a great mob descended upon The Fifth Avenue Hotel that was “the first to feel the fury of the mob”—and which today is the current location of Trump Tower.

Donald Trump bought John DeLorean’s New Jersey estate.

DeLorean’s personal finances took a toll in the wake of DMC’s collapse, and by 2000, he had no choice but to sell his 400+ acre estate in New Jersey. A certain presidential hopeful who should carry the toupee demographic bought it… and promptly turned it into a not-too-shabby golf club. As if this whole story could not get any stranger haha.

The Trump Economy Continues To Surge.

The U.S. economy created some 250,000 jobs in October, beating expectations.

Free Beacon – NOVEMBER 3, 2018

Not even Jared Bernstein, former economic adviser to Joe Biden, could put a negative spin on Friday’s jobs report.

The U.S. economy created some 250,000 jobs in October, beating expectations. The labor participation rate increased even as unemployment held steady at 3.7 percent. That’s a 50-year low. The best part: Wages rose 3 percent in the highest rate of growth since the Great Recession a decade ago. “Pretty much everything you could want in a monthly jobs report,” Bernstein tweeted.

October 2018 is the 97th consecutive month of jobs growth. The trend began with the end of the Great Recession, allowing Barack Obama as well as Donald Trump to take credit for it. The Trump economy is more than the jobs figure, however. Amidst volatility in the financial markets, at the time of writing the Dow is up close to 30 percent since Inauguration Day 2017. The economy grew by 4 percent in the second quarter of this year and 3.5 percent in the third quarter, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis. (The third-quarter number will be revised on November 28.) That puts us on track for the best annual growth since 2005.

These are numbers to be proud of. And while it is difficult to say just how much credit goes to President Trump’s tax cuts, deregulation, defense spending, and confidence boosting, we can say that these policies have not impeded the economy. There are reasons to worry—rising debt, uncertainty and unpredictability in trade, a Federal Reserve that might remove the punch bowl too quickly. But for the moment the Trump economy is an undeniable bright spot in a foggy world.

And the moment is important. The midterm election is days away. The fate of the House and Senate is uncertain. Certainly the economy will carry the day for Trump and the Republicans?

Breaking: Dems Now Blocking Trump From Cutting the UN’s Budget!

conservative-daily.com
Max McGuire08/25/2018

The United Nations is about as anti-American as they come. For the better part of the last ten year, UN bureaucrats have dedicated themselves to trying to undermine our constitutional system, our laws, and our values.

Barack Obama was complicit in this. Whenever Congress refused to pass his Leftist agenda, he turned to the United Nations to impose it on the American people.

Congress wouldn’t pass gun control so Obama unconstitutionally signed onto the UN Arms Trade Treaty. Congress wouldn’t pass climate change legislation, so Obama unconstitutionally signed onto the Paris Climate Agreement. Congress wouldn’t approve the Iranian nuclear treaty, so Obama signed it without submitting it to Congress for ratification.

You get the idea…

Enter Donald Trump. Over the last 19 months, Trump has committed to tearing down all of Barack Obama’s unconstitutionally signed UN treaties. He withdrew from the Iran deal, stopped sending representatives to the UN Arms Trade Treaty conference, and pulled out of the UN Climate Treaty.

The best part? Trump isn’t done.

In just the last 24 hours, President Trump has cut another 220 million from the United Nations! Most of that was destined to go to the Palestinian government. The remaining 20 million was going to the anti-American UN Human Rights Council.

Never in American history has a President cut so much from the UN in a single day!

Democrats are absolutely furious and are scrambling to undo President Trump’s cuts and restore the funding.

You CANNOT let them do that!

Don’t let the Dems and GOP restore this funding! Tell Congress right now that any Congressman or Senator who tries to restore the United Nations’ funding will be removed from office!

As you know, Congress is in the middle of appropriations season. This is when the House and Senate must pass a package of spending bills to keep the government running after the fiscal year ends on Sept. 30.

Every spending bill must be passed before them. These bills will dictate to the Trump administration how to allocate taxpayer funds.

One of these bills is called the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act(that’s a mouthful). Among other things, this one bill handles the foreign aid budget.

Right now, Democrats and moderate Republicans are weaponizing this spending bill to block Pres. Trump from cutting the UN’s budget!

Dianne Feinstein and four other Democrat Senators on the Appropriations Committee are demanding that the funding be restored. And they have Republican help…

Last year, they launched a similar fight to get funding restored to the UN’s Green Climate Fund. Last summer, President Trump fully withdrew from the UN’s climate treaty and pulled all of the funding that Obama had promised.

It didn’t look like the Democrats would succeed. But at the last minute, Republicans Lindsey Graham (SC), Susan Collins (ME), and Lamar Alexander (TN) joined the left and voted to restore the funding. Lisa Murkowski (AK) is also on the list of RINOs eager to restore the UN’s funding.

Democrats are now trying to recreate the alliance but this time, they only need ONE Republican on the committee to flip. Senator Patrick Leahy (VT) is the ranking member on the committee and he is promising to block everything until the funding is restored.

Do you know why President Trump cut this aid to Palestine? 49.4% of all international aid to Palestine goes to terrorist programs. Mostly, this funding is used to pay the families of imprisoned or killed terrorists. We are talking about hundreds of millions of dol lars. Why on earth should American taxpayers help prop this up?

Why on earth would Republicans help them restore this?

Stop this GOP betrayal! Tell Congress right now that any Congressman or Senator who tries to restore the United Nations’ funding will be removed from office!

I have prayed that eventually, we would get a President willing to pull the plug on the UN’s anti-American programs. That day has arrived.

Like clockwork, however, Republicans are coming out of the woodwork to reverse President Trump’s decision. These are Republicans who, every year, vote to give the United Nations hundreds of millions. The Democrats just need one Senator on this committee to flip and they have four RINOs to choose from.

Their only hope is that you and millions of other Conservatives aren’t paying attention. They are counting on no one paying attention to what they do in these committees and subcommittees and that by the time you figure it out, it will be too late to stop them.

But it’s not too late. The legislation still has not cleared any subcommittee or committee yet and hasn’t reached the floor.

We know their plan. The Left is promising to reverse course and re-approve all of the UN funding that Trump cut and there are more than enough Republicans willing to help them.

Only you can stop this. Only you can get loud right now and demand that Congress block this betrayal!

Send your urgent FaxBlast to Congress right now and DEMAND that they kill these UN re-funding amendments… or else!

I’ve waited my whole life for a President to have the guts to defund the United Nations. Now that it has happened, the Globalists in Congress are working to undo everything he’s accomplished.

Please, do not let them do this!

Stop this GOP betrayal! Tell Congress right now that any Congressman or Senator who tries to restore the United Nations’ funding will be removed from office!

Seize the moment!
